International Clearinghouse, Inc. (ICH), a Nevada corporation, was established in March 2019 by Source, Inc. (Source), a fintech innovator, as a leading-edge centralized, B2B cloud-based loyalty processing platform that facilitates a reciprocal partnership business model and provides Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and reporting services for payment cards, digital commerce, and loyalty reward programs.

 

Throughout 2019, Source negotiated with its long-term strategic partner, Meta Financial Group, Inc. (now, "Pathward") to provide initial capitalization for ICH.  They funded the platform development to where it is today, and they hold a seat on its Board of Directors.

 

Pathward is a publicly held, multi-billion-dollar financial holding company and a leader in pre-paid and debit card issuance, serving the unbanked and underbanked community around the world. They are highly respected and were selected to work with the Federal government in issuing millions of the Economic Impact Payment (EIP) Cards during the pandemic.
